Rooms are good. Resort ambiance and food is good. Reduced one star due to 3 reasons. 1. Frequent power cuts, 2. Location, 3. Noise from trains as it is next to railway track. Going there will be very difficult due to its very narrow roads. Night time it will be even more difficult. Once you reach resort you will enjoy your time there.
If you looking for peaceful stay, this is the place. Full of natural beauty. Good kind staff. Nice filter coffee and tea. Break fast ok. Its walking distance to Chidambaram railway station. If you are in Chidambaram, must stay. Also autos not allowed inside the resort. You have to walk 50 Meters to main gate to take auto. Hotel helps in getting auto.
Booked 2rooms and Travelled as a group of 4 adults and 2 kids as part of a leisure / religious trip to Chidambaram. This is a great stay as compared to the other hotels in town. The only problem was the road approach to the resort which is quite narrow.The stay was good. Got all the basic amenities like comfortable bed, towels, linens, etc
